It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Economically active persons includes persons with registered wages, salary or entrepreneurial income during the calendar year.
Figures for 2020 were corrected on September 2, 2022. Salary compensation for those who are temporarily laid off ('lønnskompensasjon') was included twice in the calculation of total income, and thus figures for total income were about 7 billion NOK too high.
