It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Student households and children below the age of 18 years who are living alone, are excluded. Figures for 2020 were corrected on September 2, 2022. Salary compensation for those who are temporarily laid off (¿lønnskompensasjon¿) was included twice in the calculation of total income, and thus figures for total income were about 7 billion NOK too high.
