Countries (of birth) which are represented by three or fewer regular general practitioners in one or more volumes since 2002, are published aggregated by continent. Countries (of birth) which are represented by four or more regular general practitioners in all volumes since 2002, are published by coutries of birth. The figures for 2005 corrected 28 October 2009. Due to the extension of EU-members in the period, countries are not included in the same country group for the whole period. From 2002 the category 'EU-/EEA-countries' include Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and Austia. From 2004 Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary (previous 'Europe outside EU/EEA') and Cyprus (previous 'Asia, Africa, Latin-America, Oceania exclusive Australia and New Zealand') are included. From 2007 Bulgaia and Romania (previous 'Europe outside EU/EEA') are includes.
