MVA-refusjon investering, kultur, konsern

Fra og med 2014 skal kompensasjon for merverdiavgift påløpt i investeringsregnskapet regnskapsføres i investeringsregnskapet, mot tidligere i driftsregnskapet. MVA-kompensasjon for anskaffelser i investeringsregnskapet er frie midler som skal brukes til felles finansiering av investeringsporteføljen. Dette medfører at kompensasjonen regnskapsføres samlet på en finansieringsfunksjon (F850 for 2014, F841 for senere år). Derfor kan vi ikke publisere tall for MVA-kompensasjon i investeringsregnskapet på tjenesteområdene fra og med regnskapsåret 2014.
