Political party units with an income of NOK 12 000 or more before including any government subsidies, ref. Political Party Act § 18. The reports from these units represent annual accounts and are the basis for the statistics unless otherwise specified. Units with less than NOK 12 000 are exempt from reporting their income; however they must submit a confirming statement in the matter. The threshold value was NOK 10 000 at the end of 2012.
