The IA agreement is a letter of intent regarding a more inclusive working life between the government and the employer/employee organizations. The paramount objective of the IA agreement is to prevent and reduce sick leave, increasing focus on job presence and improve the working environment, as well as prevent expulsion and withdrawal from working life. The new letter of intent of March the 4th 2014 applies to the end of 2018.
