| 2 Easter was in the first quarter in 2005 and in the second quarter in 2004. This is influential whenwe compare second quarter figures from these two years. Especially, scheduled man-days are lower during the Easter than during a normal week in this time of the year. Easter has a stronger influence on scheduled man-days than on man-days lost due to sickness abscense. If we did not take the Easter into account, the sickness absence rate for the second quarter in 2004 would have dropped nearly 0.1 percentage points for most of the groups. |
