From 2002 on, specialist health services are transferred from local to central government 3) Defined as total final consumption expenditure plus gross fixed capital formation in Mainland Norway 4) Defined as final consumption expenditure plus gross fixed capital formation 5) Gross domestic product is measured at market prices, while value added by industry is measured at basic prices 6) The discrepancies in the tables are partly caused by seperate chaining at the sectoral and aggregate level. In addition, the sum of a seasonally adjusted series over the four quarters of a year is not constrained to equal the corresponding annual figure
