Norway has an obligation to report emissions of PAHs to the Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP) For the purposes of emission inventories, the following four indicator compounds shall be used: benzo(a)pyrene,benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, and indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene.
