1  Clean concrete sticked to PCB-containing concrete, is defined as hazardous waste as long as the clean concrete is inseparable from the PCB-containing concrete. This clean concrete is not included in the figures. Frames from PCB-containing glass windows are treated in the same way as hazardous waste, but they are not defined as hazardous waste. These frames are not included in the figures either.
