Additional votes
In municipal county elections, some of the top list candidates may get additional votes from the party. The number of additional votes depends on the number of people who vote for the party. Additional votes should constitute 25 per cent of the party's votes. For example, if a party gets 100 votes, candidates in bold will get 25 additional votes. In addition, the voters may, of course, give their vote to the candidate they prefer. The candidate with the most votes (additional votes + personal votes) is elected as number 1, the candidate with the second most votes is elected as number 2 etc.
