My work field is development, maintenance and applications of a dynamic microsimulation model called mosart. Mosart starts with a sample of the Norwegian population, and simulates the further life course, including events such as migration, death, births, household formation, education, retirement and labour supply. The main application over the last ten years has been analyses for the ongoing pension reform in Norway.
