Living conditions and social participation
Research in this area addresses multiple aspects of living conditions income, housing, health, employment, social integration, isolation, unpaid housework and care provision. Analyses reveal developmental patterns and distributions in light of government policy and policy reforms. Specific groups are often in focus, i.e., parents, children, immigrants, students and lawbreakers. Annual surveys record popular attitudes towards immigration and immigrants.
