Prices - external users

Enquiries which take up to 15 minutes are free of charge. There is a charge on photocopies, faxes and computer files.

• Library service: Photocopies: NOK 60 for up to 10 pages, NOK 2 per page for more than 10 pages
• Minimum charge per invoice: NOK 100

Photocopying - Library service

• More than 15 minutes' work: NOK 370 + VAT per hour in addition to the cost of the copies

Extractions from databases

• Costs according to the pricing policy of the publisher
• The cost of the copies or printouts will be added to the cost of using the database

Commissions

• Enquiries which take more than 15 minutes to answer will be charged at NOK 510 + VAT per hour. The price is always quoted before the order is confirmed.
