Longitudinal data for children receiving measures from the Child Welfare Services starts in 2014. All aggregations over time without reference to the year imply calculations from the statistical year back to 2014. Average number of relocations is calculated for children with at least one relocation since the first replacement. Figures for 2019-2020 were revised 11.10.2022.

To get figures for average relocations, one must choose certain age groups and specific years since first placement.

Children in foster homes

The total number of children in different types of foster homes is only available for the statistical year, regardless of the observation period and the number of years since first placement.
