The figures for 2021 were updated March 16th with finally figures. To improve the timeliness of the statistics, the information on self-employed persons utilized before March 16th is from 2020, the year prior to the reference year 2021. For more information, see the section «Frequency and timeliness» under «Administrative information» in «About the statistics» here: https://www.ssb.no/en/arbeid-og-lonn/sysselsetting/statistikk/tilknytning-til-arbeid-utdanning-og-velferdsordninger From 2021 the Child Welfare Services can continue provide measures until the age of 25 years. Earlier the upper age limit was 23 years. In the statistics for Education - Child Welfare the population is still «Pupils 22 years or younger». The reason is that an expansion of the population with 23- and 24-year-olds will cause a break in the statistics, and the number of individuals not included is few. The statistical year 2021 refers to pupils who completed lower secondary education spring 2015 (2021 minus 6). This group is followed 6 years after completing lower secondary education.
