This table presents probabilities of death through age 100. We employ these probabilities, through age 119, as assumptions in the national population projection model (BEFINN). There will be minor discrepancies between the life expectancy estimates presented in Table 12886 (based on death rates) and those that may be calculated based on the probabilities of death presented here. There may also be minor discrepancies between the probabilities of death presented here and those that may be calculated using the estimated deaths and population counts resulting from the national projection model.
