NOK 4.1 billion turnover
The turnover in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities was NOK 4.1 billion in September and October. This is an increase of 0.9 per cent compared with the corresponding period in 2011.

The turnover in the recovery of sorted materials was NOK 1.5 billion in September and October 2012. This is a decrease of 4.7 per cent compared with the corresponding period in 2011.
Companies that are engaged in the collection of non-hazardous waste had a turnover of NOK 1.6 billion in September and October 2012; a decrease of 0.1 per cent compared with the corresponding period in 2011.
Notable increases in two other industry sub-classes explain the total increase.
