The Waste Regulations (chapters 11 and 16) stipulate that businesses that are required to send their hazardous and radioactive waste to treatment must provide sufficient information about the waste at the time of delivery/sending (see sections11-12 and 16-9). A declaration form issued by the Norwegian Environment Agency and the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority must then be filled out.
