1  Scarlet fever, diphteria, whooping cough and measles.
2  The transfer to the 8. revision of ICD has made comparison with previous periods impossible for some causes of death in the first year of life. Premature birth, congenital debility, etc. are now mostly classified under causes referring to the mother.
