1  The figures for 1989 and onwards are not quite comparable to previous years. Up to 1988 the figures are based on actual working hours, while from 1989 and onwards they are based on stipulated working hours. By using stipulated working hours instead of actual working hours, the proportion of full-time workers increases by about 2 per cent for both males and females, total.
2  1-19 hours per week.
3  For 1972-1987, 20-34 hours per week, in recent years 20-36 hours with exception of persons with 30-36 working hours who classify themselves as full-time workers.
4  For 1972-1987, 35 hours or more, in recent years 37 hours or more included persons with 30-36 hours classified as full-time work.
