1  Man-year is the total number of full-time employees and part-time employees converted to full-time employees. Absence and deputyships are not excluded.
2  "Receipients" is the sum of users of home-based services and the numer of beds in institutions for the aged and disabled. Until 2006 data source for users of home-based services is KOSTRA questionnaires. From 2007 included, this figure is based on IPLOS.
3  Break in time-series. Until 2002 the number of man-years was collected by use of questionnaires. From 2003 the figures are collected from administrative registers. Figures from 2003 and later are thus not directly compareable with figures from preceeding years.
4  Due to new selection procedures, 2005, 2006 and 2007 figures are changed.
5  Doctor certified sickness absence and maternity leave included, self reported sickness absence exluded.
